PRE-CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS
If there are construction or alteration works in the direct vicinity of your property, it is highly recommendable to have the current condition of your property and/or adjacent buildings surveyed.
This is not only relevant for you, as the owner, but also for the owners of the buildings nearby. The survey results are laid down in a report, complete with photo report. In the event of a liability claim resulting from the building activities, the report will provide full evidence.
The focus is on the survey performed before the start of the building operations, but it can be supplemented with a post-construction reference survey. We do these surveys for businesses as well as private persons.
