The CPPC (Claims Prevention & Procedure Council) Convention 2016 brought us to this amazing city. We were very warmly welcomed by the Executive Director Alan R. Jobe. It was highly appreciated that we made it all the way from Europe to attend the convention.
In these two days we have been able to extend our (repair) network throughout the US significantly. Also, the topics were very interesting: mould/mildew treatment, packing methods of high-end furniture and the possibilities of Powder Coating were extensively discussed.
Also, it appeared that Vanlines who ship overseas do not all have an adequate answer to complicated claims handling throughout Europe. It speaks for itself that we shared our experience and what we can do in that field.
And last but not least we introduced our RVJ Claim App to the several participants/Vanlines. They shared our opinion that this App saves time (and costs) to both claims handlers, underwriters/insurers and it helps to give the right instructions to the repair firm. Moreover, it speeds up the average time to reach a final settlement, which increases the entire service level.
We look forward to further develop our co-operation with the CPPC-family! We even have adopted the idea of organising a mini-CPPC-convention in Holland!
